Our company participated in the “Mir Stekla” exhibition, held in Moscow on June 6-9, 2022. OrientIS Technology supplied and launched a modern type of hot end coating hood machine at one of the leading Russian glass container plants. Due to the optimized design of the machine the customer managed to reduce the hot coating consumption by 10% in comparison to other production lines with the old equipment.

Ware transfer from a glass forming machine conveyor

Due to close cooperation with our customer we managed to design and launch production of a custom-made product – ware transfer from a glass forming machine conveyor to a stacker conveyor with the angle of the ware transfer not more than 10 degrees. Installation of the ware transfer helped to optimize the glassware handling system at the hot section of the glass container production line, and to increase the line capacity.

Supply of a complete set of refractories to a glass factory

OrientIS Technology has delivered a complete set of refractories for 3 forehearth channels to a glass factory in the Russian Federation. The set included forehearth superstructure and channel blocks, burner blocks, skimmers, dense and floating insulating blocks and ceramic fiber. The set was supplied with the materials manufactured in the United States, Hungary, Italy, and Belgium.
